Welcome to Agri-Science and B-W FFA
Agri-Science Education at Baldwin-Woodville High School is available to all students who have an interest in animals, plants, and the enviroment. Agriculture is America's largest and most basic industry. Of the more than 100 million people in the United States labor force about 22 milion are employed in agricultural related occupations. Today's agriculture has more than 200 rewarding and challenging careers in feilds related to agribusiness, agricultural technology, plant science, agricultural engineering,enviromental conservation, and biotechnology. Students enrolled in agricultural education courses are encouraged to become members of the FFA organization to develop leadership, communication and cooperation skills.
